Alice Elsmore

As a Chartered Accountant in practice I've spent many years advising entrepreneurial clients through periods of fast-growth and change.

No two clients are the same, and nor is my work for them - it can cover everything from navigating the world of accounts and tax compliance, to support with bookkeeping and management accounts, helping them make critical business decisions and setting their strategy.

My background

I trained with a large regional practice in Bath and managed a broad portfolio of clients, specialising in outsourced finance and advisory services. I then moved to a top 10 firm, gaining a deeper understanding of the wider SME market.

Outside of work I am a voluntary board advisor for two social enterprises and 5 years ago I took up rugby. I live in Bradford-On-Avon with my daughter, husband and the recent addition of our rescue dog.
