Lee Brinkworth

I am a Director based across the Cirencester and Swindon offices, working closely with owner-managed businesses and individuals to support them with their accounting, tax and wider business needs.

I joined Monahans in August 2025 after spending over 12 years at another leading accountancy firm. During this time, I have built significant experience advising small and medium-sized businesses at every stage of their journey -from start-up, through growth and development, to eventual exit.

My background

I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and have over 10 years’ experience in practice, working with a wide range of owner-managed businesses and individuals.

My experience covers statutory accounts, tax compliance and advisory work, alongside supporting clients with business growth, incorporations, acquisitions and disposals. I particularly enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and supporting them through key milestones in their business and personal lives.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time watching or playing sport. I’ve recently taken up golf (with mixed success!), enjoy trips to Kingsholm to watch Gloucester Rugby and I am also a keen Liverpool Football Club supporter.
