Paul Beecham

I joined Monahans in January 2021 and my role is to manage the business recovery & insolvency team in Swindon. I am also responsible for my own portfolio of cases as well as advising clients, individuals and directors on debt management and cash flow issues to protect businesses and preserve assets where possible.

My main areas of expertise are: insolvent and solvent liquidations; bankruptcy and IVA’s.

My background

I have over 30 years’ experience in personal and corporate procedures, having trained at the Official Receiver's office in London, a top ten insolvency practice and a big four firm for nearly 20 years. I have also worked in the building industry before relocating to Oxford where I joined a mid-sized practice, before joining a national insolvency firm in 2018 dealing with and advising on all aspects of insolvency and business recovery.

Away from work I play golf, watch rugby and enjoy most sports. I also enjoy music and socialising with the occasional beverage.
