Stephanie Buckley
I am passionate about business development and empowering struggling companies to see beyond the stigma associated with financial difficulty. I worked in a business advisory role for several government-funded organisations, building expertise in business planning, coaching, business development and strategy, and now use this experience to create change for clients. I enjoy getting to know clients’ stories and using these relationships to help them come up with new ideas so that their business can thrive.
My background
I studied Business at university, focusing on start-ups and growth, but have adapted my skill set into insolvency and grew The Insolvency Company into a thriving business with Gareth, such that Monahans saw fit to add us to its portfolio of partner firms. In that time I’ve discovered that no matter where a business is on its journey, owners need the same things from us; clarity, guidance, and someone they can trust, and this is where our values align with Monahans.
When I’m not at work I’m on a paddleboard or doing another activity that involves water, sometimes solo but usually with our four children and the dog! I have a keen interest in various holistic practices, including using energy for relaxation and wellbeing. I’m also qualified to teach Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which helps people to set and achieve goals, and improve their motivation and communication.
