I head up the Insolvency and Business Recovery team of Monahans, working with clients to get their lives back on track and help them get back to sleep at night.

That may involve turnaround management or a restructuring solution, a formal insolvency appointment such as liquidation, administration, personal bankruptcy or IVA, or simply some free advice and mentoring.

I am committed to ensuring that clients leave a first meeting with clarity on the options available to them and implications of their next steps.

I also work on Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (“MVLs”; solvent company winding-ups) and restructuring. I help clients achieve the best return on exiting their business, at the lowest possible cost.

My background

I have over 30 years of experience helping distressed businesses and individuals in financial difficulty. I am a member of R3 and the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors, whether that’s on the golf course, or spending time with family and our mad Springer Spaniel, Reggie!
