Bridget Bowen

I am a senior manager in audit and accounts at Monahans.

My specialism is in the provision of audit services to corporate clients, and not for profit clients.

I am also responsible for supervising our trainees, an aspect of my role that I particularly enjoy.

My background

I graduated in agriculture in 1988, and went on to train as a Chartered Accountant with a leading firm, where I qualified in 1993.

I worked as a Forensic Accountant for 7 years, before returning to audit in 2000, assisting a mixed portfolio of corporate and not for profit clients.

Between 2002 and 2012, I was responsible for the delivery of 600 Town and Parish councils’ limited assurance reviews for the Audit Commission, before joining a national team delivering limited assurance reviews for a further 3,600 Town and Parish Councils.

I joined Monahans in 2017, where I continue to develop my corporate audit experience, and enjoy having a close working relationship with clients.

Whenever I can, I spend my spare time with my daughter, and caring for and riding our horse.
