I joined Monahans in February 2024 as a HR Administrator. My aim is to provide first class administrative support to the HR team and to provide first line policy and process support and guidance to the business. I particularly enjoy making process improvements to streamline our people processes and systems.
My background
I have over 10 years' experience within Human Resource Administration across, Manufacturing, Warehousing & Distribution and Retail sectors where I have had the opportunity to support and work with all positions within a business.
Outside of work, I enjoy binge-watching episodes on TV, spending time with my family and friends and travelling abroad, I am always searching for my next destination to visit.
