Helen Bradshaw

I am the Corporate Tax Manager at Monahans predominately based in the Swindon office. In my role, I undertake a variety of projects including advising on research and development claims, exit planning and company share transactions. I have a particular interest in capital allowance claims and enjoy navigating intricate legislation to ensure claims are as effective as possible. In addition to such projects, I play a key role in the corporate tax compliance of our clients.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, I have been able to develop experience in a variety of areas which has enabled me to navigate the complexities of taxation to provide our clients with solutions that best suit their needs.

My background

I began my tax career in 2015 which has taken me to a variety of roles including at a leading firm in Guernsey where I began to focus on corporate tax. Having returned to the UK, I took up the position at Monahans in early 2023.

Outside of work, I have a passion for exploring the local countryside and discovering new walking routes with my springer spaniel. I also have a keen interest in travel and spend my weekends planning new adventures.
