Jasmine Flatman

I am a Client Portfolio Manager based in our Trowbridge office. I work with individuals and businesses from a range of different sectors, assisting them with their general accounting and tax requirements as well as providing advice and support on day to day queries.

My background

I started my career at Monahans in 2015 as an Apprentice, having just completed my A Levels. Initially based in our Swindon office, I completed my AAT and ACA studies before becoming a Qualified Chartered Accountant in August 2019. Throughout my training I developed my knowledge and experience in both accounting and audit, working on a number of different assignments including Group audits & consolidated accounts, Academy & Teachers Pension Scheme audits and assisting with FCA reporting requirements.

In November 2020 I took on the role as a Business Services Assistant Manager, this involved line managing a group of our Associates alongside looking after a small portfolio of accounts and audit clients. I identified and managed our Associates training needs and provided them with support as they started their own careers, in the same way I had with Monahans. Since November 2022, I have been working with the team in Trowbridge in my current role as a Client Portfolio Manager. I enjoy building good working relationships with my clients and learning more about their businesses to allow me to provide the best support and advice.

Outside of work, I play netball for a local team and, as an A Award umpire, travel around the country officiating the England Netball Premier League and National Performance Leagues.
