Juliet Mellues
My role at Monahans is to provide professional and personal HR services to small business owners and their senior teams.
I love to take away the worry of managing people, by providing advice, guidance and templates for day to day operational HR activities. I can also help with HR projects, such as restructuring, organisational development, recruitment and training.
I work with a number of retained clients, but also provide support to others on an ad-hoc, consultancy basis.
I enjoy managing a varied portfolio of complex projects. I love to bring in my commercial awareness, and my focus on providing results to the highest quality HR standards.
My background
After university, I began my career in retail management, where I learned the value of providing excellent customer service. During that time, I developed a passion for the people element of management, and have been working in HR generalist roles ever since.
I now have industry experience in fields including IT, local government, finance, and manufacturing.
