Kim Baden
I joined Monahans in 2022 and work as a Senior HR Advisor to support the Senior HR Manager and HR team in the delivery of all aspects of HR advice. I advise on a suite of HR Policies and Employee matters to embed our culture and values. These topics can range from attendance management, conduct, capability, performance, EDI and any other people projects that drive and support the business in its growth journey.
My background
I have over 15 years’ experience within generalist HR and have held a variety of roles based within the Public and Private sectors. Having gained experience of working in both sectors this has given me a wealth of experience to deliver HR priorities in a creative and solution focused way. My main experience is a HR generalist supporting Line Managers in delivering on their organisational needs and providing HR advice and guidance in supporting them to deliver the business strategy to the point of delivery.
Outside of work, I spend all my free time with my family making memories and walking our lovely dog. I enjoy live music and socialising with friends.
