Neil Manuel
I am based in the Swindon office and manage the Payroll department. My role is to ensure my team have the support they need to provide a personal, accurate and professional service. Payroll has changed a lot in the last 5 years and part of my job is to ensure we are compliant and moving with our ever-changing environment.
My background
I have over 10 years payroll experience. I began my payroll journey in London, I joined Monahans in 2012 as a Payroll Technician, after making the decision to leave London with my young family and move to Swindon. I completed my Diploma in Payroll Supervision shortly after I was promoted to Junior Manager and eventually Manager of the Payroll department.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my kids, my hobbies include keeping active through cycling & gym, I am a huge football fan I try to watch Manchester United play as often as my kids will let me.
