Zoe Alder
I joined Monahans in November 2021 as HR Manager and am responsible for leading the internal HR team at Monahans. My focus is to ensure that we provide high quality advice and guidance for our Managers and employees, continuously look to improve and streamline our people processes and systems to build greater engagement & actively drive our People agenda forward.
My passion is ensuring that we attract and recruit high quality talent into the business, that we provide the right environment and development opportunities for our people to grow and that we provide a stimulating and engaging culture that motivates and rewards our people to be the best they can be.
I also provide HR expertise to external clients, predominantly Multi Academy Trusts, through the provision of in-depth HR audits, most recently focused on recruitment practices and processes, CPD training provisions and the health and wellbeing provision across a number of secondary settings.
My background
I have over 20 years’ experience in Senior Leadership positions across FMCG, Manufacturing and Distribution & Logistics sectors where I have been responsible for heading up the HR team and for creating and delivering commercially focused People strategies.
Outside of work, I like to keep active and spend a lot of time walking, practicing yoga and having fun adventures with my young family.
