Monahans Social Impact Report 2023-24

As part of our focus on ESG and B Corp accreditation, we are delighted to share our first Annual Social Impact Report - attached. Essentially, this reflects what we have done in the area of ESG over the last 12 months and how we have made a positive impact and we have created this as one way of demonstrating our commitment to ESG and improving our transparency and accountability in this area - a key requirement of B Corp accreditation. We will report each year, highlighting our impact and hopefully demonstrating further positive change and reduction in our carbon footprint.

As we continue on our journey, we will be able to gather more metrics to demonstrate how we are improving against our action plan and continuing to make a difference to our people, our communities and the environment.
