Monahans, one of the South West’s leading accountancy firms, is celebrating after being named Employer of the Year (Large Firm) at the 2025 Accounting Excellence Awards.

The judges recognised the firm’s impressive growth and commitment to professional development.

Over the last 12 months, Monahans has introduced new services, including Internal Audit and Outsourced Finance and continued to invest in people, systems and technology to support both clients and staff.

Since joining the Sumer Group in 2024, Monahans has expanded its national reach while maintaining its focus firmly on the South West community.
