We are the winners of Employer of the Year (Large Firm) 2025

We are celebrating the tremendous achievement of our team as we were named Employer of the Year (Large Firm) at the 2025 Accounting Excellence Awards.

The judges recognised our impressive growth and commitment to professional development.

Over the last 12 months, we have been working hard to improve our range of services and have introduced our Internal Audit and Outsourced Finance teams.

Alongside this, we have continued to invest in people, systems and technology to support both clients and staff.

Since joining the Sumer Group in 2024, we have expanded our national reach while maintaining our focus firmly on the South West community.

Our Managing Partner, Simon Tombs, said, “Winning Employer of the Year is a huge moment for us. It’s recognition of the effort and talent across the whole firm and the trust our clients put in us every day.

“This past year we’ve brought a lot of new people on board through acquisitions and welcomed new faces into our senior leadership team to help drive our new services.

The partnership with Sumer has also opened more opportunities for us to invest in our team, with structured onboarding and career development programmes, alongside initiatives to support sustainability and ESG goals.

Simon added, “What makes this award so special for us is that it reflects how we’ve adapted and grown without losing sight of what matters most to us.

“Our focus as a firm is on building long-term relationships with clients and making sure we do everything we can to evolve with what they need from us.

“We’ve taken big steps forward over the last year to make this possible and this recognition is a great way to honour that.”
